The Battle River Lending Place “Under One Roof” project has reached another exciting milestone as construction moves into the finishing stage.
A lot of progress has been made inside the new addition. Philippe Allaire completed the drywall taping and sanding, preparing the walls for finishing. Stucco and parging work has moved forward with the help of Brian and Len, who assisted with the scratch coat, finish coat, and keeping materials ready.
The painting stage has also been moving quickly. Elton helped with rolling, Brian continued supporting the painting process, and Erhard painted all five metal doors and jambs, helping bring the finishing touches to the building.
A special thank you to everyone who has contributed their time and skills to help bring this project closer to completion. Many hands are bringing this building to life.
The “Under One Roof” project continues to move forward thanks to the support of our contractors, volunteers, donors, and community. Donations will help complete and furnish the interior, install solar panels, and bring us closer to a fully functional, sustainable home for Battle River Lending Place.
