We are so thankful for the incredible support from the Battle River Region! 💙
After Christmas, we were down to 4 wheelchairs.
Then, after sending out the call for wheelchairs, our community responded in such a meaningful way.
Thanks to your generosity, we now have 51 wheelchairs and transfer chairs donated to the Battle River Lending Place.
Each of these wheelchairs will go directly toward helping individuals in our community, supporting seniors in staying active and independent, assisting those recovering from surgery or injury, and helping families care for loved ones at home.
We are continually encouraged by the kindness and willingness of people in our region to step up and respond when there is a need.
Thank you to everyone who donated, shared our message, and helped spread the word. This response would not have been possible without you.
Because of you, more people in our community will have access to the equipment they need to live safely, confidently, and with dignity.
